Day 3: Favourite Song Used in an Episode
Hmm…well, I don’t really pay attention to the music used in tv shows, but I couldn’t really miss the songs used in Once More, With Feeling.
It’s a tie between Under Your Spell and Something to Sing About.
I like Under Your Spell, as it is a little ironic, as in this episode Tara is - I believe - really under the spell that Willow used to cause her to forget their argument, which was about her using to much magic - silly willow, using more magic when they were arguing about her using magic for everything.
Something to Sing About is also one of my favourites as it is the first time that Buffy tells the Scoobies that she was in Heaven, before they resurrected her.
“So that’s my refrain,
I live in hell,
Cause I’ve been expelled from heaven.”
At first, I thought ‘The Body’, because I think this episode is amazing, mostly because of the lack of background music - and if I remember rightly, it features Willow and Tara’s first Kiss ♥
RIP Tara :(
The ‘Lover’s Walk’ came to mind. I mean…we get to see Spike drunk, Willow and Xander cheat on Oz and Cordelia and of course Spikes quote:
“I’m really glad I came here, you know? I’ve been all wrongheaded about this. Weeping, crawling, blamin’ everybody else. I want Dru back, I just gotta be the man I was. The man she loved. I’m gonna do what I should have done in the first place. I’ll find her, wherever she is, tie her up, torture her till she likes me again. Love’s a funny thing.”
is unforgettable.
Then ‘Out of Mind, Out of Sight’ came to mind - because we get to see Harmony pushed down the stairs trolololol.
K - in all seriousness, my favourite episode is ‘The Body
Now this is probably the third time I’ve attempted to do this challenge. This time I will complete it though!
Day 1: favourite season
Well, I have to say season 5. It has the most heart wrenching episodes - Joyce’s death, Buffy just…giving up, Tara having her mind sucked out.
I feel that this is the only season in which Buffy is truly defeated. Death, ‘her gift’, is her only way out. Until the final episode, she has no way of physically hurting Glory and even then it’s not enough.
We also see Willow getting stronger as a witch - she is the only one capable of hurting Glorificus - which leads to another of my favourite ‘big bads’
Also, I feel that this should have been the last season, that Buffy should have stayed dead. The heart-wrenching scene of her death, and her grave at the end really now means nothing when we all know she’s coming back for another two tv seasons /and/ a comic book series (not that I didn’t cry). Then again without Season 6, we wouldn’t have gotten to see Dark Willow :(
On a final note - I know a lot of people seem to hate Dawn, but apart from her ‘GET OUT! GET OUT! GET OUT!’ moments, I kinda like her ;)

I find that, when writing bios, it’s really helpful to look at a list or a chart like the one above. Picking two or three traits from each chart and building a character based around them will give you a really interesting bio, because they will serve as a reminder that characters need depth and dimension.
Independent and clever.
VS.
Independent, clever, pretentious, and stubborn.
The first combination doesn’t come with any flaws, whereas the second will provide a more dynamic character.

I don’t watch Greys, but ‘Denny’ made me think of ‘Denny’s’ which made me think of Charlie teh Unicron, which in turnn makes me think of a grandslamwich and pancakes and slipping them in that grandslamwich - all of this akes me think i should watch greys.
